Shuttle pickup seems to be so random, last time I waited over 45 minutes and I called for a pick up, which I usually don't have to do.

Convenient and easy. Shuttle was fast both on pick up and drop off.

I was attending a convention downtown, this saved me over $100 in parking fees.

Location is really good. Shuttle picked me up within 5 minutes. I walked back to Sheraton on my return flight because the weather was so nice. Only took 10 minutes from terminal 2.

Did not like the service now only parking event that diverted us from the marina lot to the bay lot last minute since we were trying to catch a flight. Perhaps an email notification or something beforehand would have been helpful.

This is an excellent location, very close to the airport, reasonable rates and excellent shuttle service starting at 5 am. The attendants at the hotel and the shuttle drivers were most helpful and accommodating.

It was great! The price was cheap. Will absolutely use this lot again, rather than any other place!

It's close enough to walk (which I do), but the shuttle is quick. The staff is friendly and it's always been secure!

Our plane arrived late and we were worried no one would be able to pick us up. We called the hotel and the shuttle driver picked us up close to midnight with a smile on his face. We were happy not to have to walk or take an Uber to the parking lot.\r\nI would highly recommend parking at Sheraton.
