Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina Reviews

Did not like the service now only parking event that diverted us from the marina lot to the bay lot last minute since we were trying to catch a flight. Perhaps an email notification or something beforehand would have been helpful.

It was great! The price was cheap. Will absolutely use this lot again, rather than any other place!

This is an excellent location, very close to the airport, reasonable rates and excellent shuttle service starting at 5 am. The attendants at the hotel and the shuttle drivers were most helpful and accommodating.

It's close enough to walk (which I do), but the shuttle is quick. The staff is friendly and it's always been secure!

Our plane arrived late and we were worried no one would be able to pick us up. We called the hotel and the shuttle driver picked us up close to midnight with a smile on his face. We were happy not to have to walk or take an Uber to the parking lot.I would highly recommend parking at Sheraton.

Five minutes from the San Diego airport, shuttles could more frequent.

Great place to park your car flying out of SAN.

Super happy, everything went very smooth.

I am a long-time commuter and decided to try something different. Quick breakdown: (1) difficult to figure out where you are supposed to self park; all spots are cordoned off for valet; (2) finally found area -- it was sandy, had tons of pot-holes and no lights at night. Heels sunk into sand and roller bag was dirty. (3) Waited for way too long for the shuttle and had to walk all the way from the sandy, desolate parking area to the front of the hotel to wait for the shuttle only to see it drive away. Was told by a totally unfriendly valet that I had to wait 20 mins for next shuttle. I ended up taking a cab (both ways). Certainly not "cheap" when I add $10 each way for the cab.

Reasonable wait time, very close to the airport. Will consider again.
