This service continues to be our parking choice and recommend it highly to anyone who we know to be traveling. ESPECIALLY in San Diego during this major construction project.

Overall a very good experience. Area feels safe easy to find and is so close to the airport. Shuttle drivers and hotel desk employees all very nice and helpful. Quick ride to airport but waited a long time 30 minutes for ride back while watching shuttles from other parking lots go by sometimes twice. May be due to the construction so it won't keep me from coming back.

The staff at the Sheraton was extremely helpful and courteous.

Overall good parking experience. We had problems with the gate to exit the parking lot on our return. Had to call the parking attendants to come help.

Did not think security was sufficient. Nothing was taken or happened to my vehicle, but there was easy access from outside to parking area.
