Would have liked a better understanding that the shuttle is shared with the lot next door. I missed a shuttle at the airport upon return bc I didnt realize the facility doesnt have its own value park shuttle but you share with the 405 parking shuttle.

Drivers were nice. The wait time to get the shuttle to the airport was well over 30 minutes, a couple of riders had to get an Uber. The pick up from the airport back to the parking facility wasn't long but the shuttle was completely packed. I think they were understaffed.

Quick pick up and quick drop off. Did not wait long.

Best value for covered parking. Shuttle times aren't as frequent as some of the bigger names (Wally park, Parking Spot, etc.) but you pay like 3-4 times more there so you get what you expect.

Shuttle wait times are unacceptable. There are more shuttles parked than running, so they are short of drivers.

For departure, had to wait 10min for the shuttle, and another 10min for the driver to take a break.

For arrival, had to wait 1hr for the shuttle to arrive after I called them and was told the shuttle is "on the way". The poor driver told us that he had just started his shift 30 min. ago, the shuttle became full very soon. This means they did not have a driver to run the shuttle for some time that day!

Will use them in the future if the savings justify getting a taxi from the airport to the parking to avoid the wait.

Had to wait 40 minutes at the airport for the shuttle. Once I got to the garage, I found that neither elevator worked. I had to drag my luggage up to the 7th floor.
