It is a good place to park. LAX is crazy place anyway so expect delays. Clean shuttle and good driver.

Everything was good except it took a while for pick up.

Used your parking facility often in the past, but now, with 2 to 4 extra stops, and distance from lax, it takes much longer enroute and waiting. May well reconsider parking space. Add to that, the first bus to terminal was FULL, so had to wait even longer.

Just waiting on shuttle to pickup was long other than that all is good.

This facility is the most convenient economical location to park ride to the airport. However some of the people that utilize this facility tend to park a little over directed also make a parking spot in the wrong place. So driving through this location is sometimes an obstacle course. The lighting needs to be a little brighter for the early morning latenight park. Even with all that I mentioned I will be using this location again. Just be aware of your surroundings as you should anywhere.

I've parked there many times. It is always a refreshing experience. Fast shuttles to and from the airport. Great service and easy payment.

The location of the lot was a good enclosed parking structure. We found that if you arrived earlier then the time stated you wouldn't have access to enter. Be sure to have your QR code ready because that's the only way the gate will lift for you. As for the timing of the shuttle they were surprising prompt and quick with our pickup and drop off. The drivers were amazing in helping us with our luggage situation and dropping us off at the appropriate location. I do wish that the pick up sign for the shuttle was more clear since my family was a bit confused and had to ask directions to the pick up area. Otherwise a good experience overall.

I like this parking lot, my car is always safe, parking spots are tight to park in, but the staff is nice and has been friendly after a long trip.

Our second time using this parking structure everything was as expected. This time though when we came back the male driver was very helpful and courteous and helped us with our luggage in and out of the van really appreciate him!!

I have used this park and ride close to five or six times now. I like it because it's so easy to get to right off the 405. Every time I have used it I have loved the ease if parking and knowing it's a covered lot as well as a shuttle always being there for pickup! The drive is fast and efficient and gets you to your terminal quickly. The only thing going to LAX was the fact the lady shuttle driver didn't get up to help with luggage. I was clearly pregnant and had a heavier piece of luggage and could have used some assistance. She asked, but I didn't feel like I should have had to say yes when I feel that's part of customer service! On the way back it was a minimal wait. One thing I noticed was that instead of calling for pickup you now text! It was much easier and an immediate response. The shuttle driver on the way back on the other hand was quick to jump out of his seat and help! Overall, I have been very satisfied with using this facility every time and will continue to do so.
