Well is Ok if you arrive with plenty of time it was busy I have to park all the way to the 7th floor and I saw a lot of cars parked in a double line. Give yourself enough time to make it to your terminal.

Other than the fact that at least two cars parked on corners that were not actual parking spots. Making it difficult for getting around the corners without almost hitting them or other cars. Otherwise it was a good experience, but something should be done to ensure that people park only in designated parking spots.

Had to wait 2 hours for shuttle at night!!

Easy secure short wait time for shuttle.

There were too many cars parked in the aisle right at the end which makes it hard to turn your cars.Had to wait long time to get the shuttle from parking lot to airport wish there was some communication as to when will the shuttle come.

The 8level garage was way overbooked. At least 100 cars were double parked. This blocked the exit of many cars and created a hazard for driving. If there is an emergency it will be dangerous. We found the only open spot and it was on the eighth level. There was only 6 inches to spare on either side of my car. They advertise as indoor parking but the eighth level has not roof and is openair. I would not consider parking there if I had a newer or more expensive car.Upon return we waited an hour for the shuttle. The parking situation at LAX is pathetic which is the only reason Vpne can stay in business.

I park here many times and never had any problems. Good value.

This was my first time using Value Park and I had a good experience. I arrived a few minutes before my reserved time and was checked right in. I reserved a covered parking spot but could not find an empty spot in this area. I ended up finding one of the last two spots in the whole building and it was on the roof. The driver waited for me as I was walking down the stairs elevator was broken so that was nice and I had no delay getting to the airport. On the return I called and texted for a pickup and it came within 5 minutes he must've been in LAX already so I lucked out. The shuttle stop was full but the driver found a spot ahead of the line of busses for me and my family to get on. So that was a relief not having to wait longer after a long flight. Exiting was noneventful. Although I parked on the roof lower rate than a covered spot I did not ask to pay for the roof rate. It was still better than the rate at the LAX Parking Lot C.

Overall an excellent facility, with good bus service and friendly drivers.

I've used them a few times and highly recommend them to anyone parking near LAX. They are not the cheapest, but well work the extra $2 - $3. One of the other ones I tried turned out to not be a self park, even though it was listed as such.

Sometimes wait has been long, but there is a lot of traffic near and around LAX.

Waited over an hour for a pick up shuttle. All others passed me by 2 or 3 times. Won't use again.
