So convenient and the Westin staff is always great. Love that I can text them from the airport and my car is waiting for me when I get off the shuttle!

You would think that paying for the convenience of valet parking means it's convenient - NOPE. Last night my flight got in at 10:30pm, after waiting about 25 min for the shuttle, and texting my car info so it'd be waiting for me... I get to the Westin, give them my ticket and the guy tells me I have to pay at the front desk. The line for the front desk was huge and I had to wait for 30 minutes to pay. Every hotel I've ever parked at had payment at the valet kiosk, but I guess the geniuses at the Westin shut that down at night so people who are flying in late no longer have a convenient parking experience. After a 7 hour flight you want your car waiting for you so you can get home. Not at the Westin. THE WORST.

Best service I've experienced. Definite 5 star treatment. Easy drive up and check-in. Text when landed and car was ready when we got back and they loaded luggage into the car!

2 buses left within 2 minutes of our arrival at the hotel for our drop-off. We waited for 25 minutes for a bus to return. Texted for car retrival and waited 10+ minutes to get it.

Having a family emergency while out of town, the Valet Parking was outstanding in letting me know there was no issue with having to add additional days to my service. A+ and will continue to use their service and encourage my friends and family to do the same.
