Parking spaces very small/close together. Vehicles for shuttle to airport dirty and undersized to carry passengers and their luggage.

The parking lot is OK, not the cleanest in the world. The main problem is the shuttle, which is just a small van. The driver expected a tip. He seemed insulted when I didn't give him one and even hung around until I finally coughed up some money. But, at least he was reasonably prompt, which is more than I can say for one of the other lots I used (Quick Park LAX).

The overall experience was not bad. But it's disappointing to find my car valet-parked on the roof covered with dust after a week. I thought it is supposed to be covered parking.

The wait time is unexceptable. I had to wait exactly half an hour to get picked up. This was the second time in a row that I experience long wait time from this facility. Every other companies bus/van came and went three times befor I got picked up.

Not as professional looking as you would like. The parking stressed me out almost as much as missing my flight. In the end, they provided the service as they said they would.

- Take W Century Exit toward LAX Airport/Century Blvd - 0.4 mi
- Turn left at S La Cienega Blvd - 0.1 mi
- Turn left on 99th street and you will see LAX Parking Center on your right.

Going North on the 405
- Take exit 46 for Century Blvd toward Lax Airport - 1.1 mi
- Turn left at W Century Blvd - 0.2 mi
- Turn right at S La Cienega Blvd - 180 ft

From 105 East
