I read many reviews of both pro and con, but my experience was no problem at all. It was my first time to use airport parking since I moved to LA. I have checked many airports, but I am fully satisfied with Hilton LAX.
When I arrived at Hilton, the bus was almost leaving but the attendant scanned my reservation sheet in a second and I could catch the bus. As for the return, I texted my ticket number and the car was ready to go when I arrived at Hilton. I will use this parking again.

The facility is ok. I like the express check-in/out. But the shuttle waiting time is absolutely terrible. They say about every 15 min, but it seems to get worse everytime.

I was a little confused on how to find my shuttle on my return to LA.

I'm a regular at this lot and my car is always waiting for me making it a seamless experience. Everyone is truly customer service oriented. My only issue is the wait time at the airport.

Checked in. Got shuttled. Got help with luggage. When I arrived shuttle was in within 8 minutes. Got help with luggage made phone call for car to be ready. Got back to Hilton. Paid. Car pulled up within seconds. Left. SIMPLE AS THAT. All these other complainers are just needy. I paid 55 bucks for high class service. What else do you want. And sometimes they get backed up .. shit happens deal with it. I will use again. Also better than using the second hand places you can't trust. I'll gladly pay the extra 10 -15 bucks for first class service and peace of mind from an established hotel.
