No complaints. Did the transaction in the car on the way to the DCA parking garage. Upon return to the garage after our trip, I had no printout, but showed the attendent my confirmation email on my phone and was good to go.

Location is great. Spaces are easy to use. Shuttle is always on time. I use the parking 10 times a year and the personal is helpful. It is easy to use the CheapAirportParking app.
