Sheraton Miami Airport Parking Reviews

It was initially confusing where we were supposed to go to park and what to do once we got there. It was simple check in with concierge and then park in hotel garage but the hotel entrance was mobbed at the time we got there so we parked first and weren't sure that was the right place. Then walked up and talked to concierge who was courteous and helpful. Waited a long time for the shuttle at both ends however definitely more than 15 min at airport more like 30. Somewhat frustrating. Again it was a mob scene on both ends hotel and airport. Overall it was convenient and reasonably priced. We would do it again now that we know how it works.

Easy in, easy out. Very close to airport with fast shuttle availability equates to less down time dropping car off and picking it up. All individuals I interfaced with were courteous and professional.

Good, fast service! The transport to the airport was quick and easy. On our return, the shuttle appeared very quickly. We used the valet option and our car was out and waiting for us when we arrived.

We have used the parking a couple of times. It has always been a good experience. Everyone is always helpful and courteous. Park there every time we fly from Miami and must park a car.

Had reserved self-park indoor, but no space was available, so had to leave with attendant. I really can't be assured the car was actually parked indoors all the time or not- also having valet unexpectedly of course had to tip both ways in and out- the shuttle driver had called with our stub ticket number but somehow they had the wrong car, so we had to wait a bit for ours, but they were apologetic and friendly enough.

Everyone is courteous and professional. We had a very good experence. This is the second time that we have parked here and we will do it again.

The driver went past us the first time so we had to wait another ten minutes otherwise Id rate higher. The parking spaces are tight but thats pretty common. The hotel is very close to the airport. Id park there again.
