This is our first time very impressed

All went well and efficient, I did the valet parking!

We had a flat tire when we hit back into town and the staff was very pleasant and showed concern for our dilemma.

One thought - just have one or two portable air compressors available.

Everything was excellent except when we got to the entry gate. We didn't know whether to take a ticket or not since we had prepaid. We found the booth attendant and he told us to come in and park and we did but then had to ask again whether we should leave our payment receipt visible on the dashboard and then we were told to get a notice from the Hotel valet to hang on the rear view mirror. Once that was settle everything went like clockwork. We were satisfied with the parking area and with the shuttle service. We will certainly use this parking service again.

We will definitely use Marriott MIA when we fly out of Miami.

Overall the experience was excellent. The only hiccup was the half hour+ wait for the shuttle when we landed. It may have just been bad luck or bad timing on our part, but it was disappointing to have a lengthy wait after a very long international trip and before a long drive home.
