When I arrived at the airport it was almost midnight. I was very tired. This was my first time using PARKSMART. I felt like the directions where to meet the shuttle were unclear and I ended up walking all over through the car rental area. Only when I finally asked someone working there did they tell me that I really did not even need to go into the parking garage. This was really the only problem I had but I was having hip pain and it was a big problem that night for me. The directions given to me when I called twice on the phone while looking for the shuttle could have been better!

Five stars all around for Executive Valet at RSW. Easy reservation, great rate. Drop off and pickup went really smooth. Very well organized, good people. Car ready and waiting when we returned. Very nice. This is a good value because of the excellent service!

All the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will be using Executive Valet in the future.

Great experience. Shuttle delivered us within minutes of departure and arrival. Price was very reasonable. Car was under cover and running when we arrived. Will definitely use again.
