  • "When I arrived at the airport it was almost midnight. I was very tired. This was my first time using PARKSMART. I felt like the directions where to meet the shuttle were unclear and I ended up walking all over through the car rental area. Only when I finally asked someone working there did they tell me that I really did not even need to go into the parking garage. This was really the only problem I had but I was having hip pain and it was a big problem that night for me. The directions given to me when I called twice on the phone while looking for the shuttle could have been better!"
