  • "I appreciated parking in a secure enclosed environment it was easy because we spent one night at the hotel. The only problem was that when we arrived at the pickup area we called the Hilton Garden Inn for pickup and waited 30 minutes in the cold before the shuttle came for us. It took the driver only 8 minutes to take us to the hotel. Have no idea what took him so long to get us."

  • "The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn are exceptionally supportive and helpful. They are great to work with and always prepared to go the extra mile. I would love to see the wait times for the shuttle made more efficient. As the weather gets colder it's nice to not be waiting for extended periods. I still think that a phone call to the hotel should be required but perhaps regular scheduled times can be posted. If I know that the drivers are prepared to run 3 times per hour every 20 minutes then I'll aim for those pick up times."
