  • "Needs CLEARER directions for how to get ticket for car. I did not know you before parking the car you are suppose to talk with the front desk to get a ticket to place on the dash. So Hilton knows youre call will be there for a prolonged period of time. The Hilton staff member was very nice and did not give me and hassle for the not following the directions but did let me know the proper way to go about parking there. Overall good experience no damage done to the car and it was under a roof."

  • "The other shuttle services run way more often. It is difficult to spot this shuttle especially since there are more than one kind of Hilton shuttle. The phone message said the shuttle runs on the hour and half hour. Had to wait almost an hour and then took an uber. Also would be nice to have a service where someone brings me my car too I mean its a long walk from shuttle drop off to the parking garage. Not sure this is worth it for the price."
