  • "Renaissance appears to have very strict drop off and pick up times: They leave hotel every half hour. IF you miss the 7am departure from the hotel by five minutes you are waiting 25 more. Same thing goes on the airport side: IF you arrive at pickup area and say 5:10pm... you could wait until 5:40 for your pickup. Yesterday the hotel was slammed by a U. of Hawaii volleyball crowd when I arrived SNA and I think they forgot about me. A second phone call finally got a driver to the airport. Driver mentioned that his boss had left for Vegas... so I assume they were shorthanded. I have enjoyed this service in past... this trip not so much. One other note: IF you are flying Southwest out of SNA it is a fairly long walk from the dropoffpickup area. IF you have ambulatory issues...I hope they can drop you closer to Terminal C."
