Parking Lot Overview

Hilton's parking lot is located at the end of Blue Lagoon Dr. The hotel provided free shuttle to airport terminals. The shuttle pick-up area is in the airport's upper (departure) level.

1. When you arrive at this location, pull a ticket from the machine under the blue awning.
2. You may drop your luggage at the front entrance and confirm with the doorman or concierge where to park.
3. Once you've parked, proceed to boarding the shuttle to the Airport.
4. When returning to MIA, exit the airport via the lower level (baggage claim) and proceed to signs marked "Hotel Shuttles".

Upon returning to the Hotel (AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE HOTEL PARKING LOTS), you must go to the Front Desk and present your pre-paid receipt to have your parking ticket validated.

  • "The wait time for the shuttle was not acceptable leaving from the hotel to the airport we waited 50 minutes and on my return from the airport I had to call a uber service to go to the hotel after waiting 1 and a half hours. When I got to the hotel the shuttle was now leaving. When I called the hotel to find out what was going on I got no response. This is totally unacceptable and cause additional expense."

  • "The parking spot was good. Im not impressed with the staff at one point the shuttle driver taking me to the airport. Forgot to tell me what I was supposed to get off of for my airline and by the time I knew it we were driving back to the hotel when we got to the hotel I asked him again if he could please let me know when I could get off. He apologized and I was able to get off the second time on the way back to my parking on the day. I returned my car was safe but it wouldnt start so I found a parking lot employee to ask him if he could give me a jump and he looked at his watch And he hesitated for a long while which made me feel like he really didnt wanna help me And he left me there and didnt help me. That made me feel awful because he was a man and Im a woman I couldve been his daughter stranded and he didnt care otherwise it was a good parking spot."
