Some of the issues include: 1) It is not at all clear from any signage inside or outside the airport that FINE picks up at the 5th island, 2) All the other companies passed by us 5 to 6 times and there was no sight of FINE, 3) We had to call the garage office 3 times before the FINE van finally showed up, and 4) The driver did not get out of his seat and/or offer to help with bags from the curb."
