"Lot could use some work on potholes and such but Colorado's cold weather can make this difficult I haven't parked in other lots I fly weekly from DIA to LAX so I am not sure others don't have similar issues.Most shuttle drivers are courteous and helpful."

"This was the first time we parked in this lot and leaving late at night is difficult because the signage was very hard to read. You might want to consider light up signs for night time. Also we had prepaid and when we were leaving we were asked to pay an additional 2.00. It may have been because our flight was later and we kept waiting for other passengers. I don't think the bus needs to be completely full."

"Location is fine. There are many other parking facilities in this area. The best thing I like about Canopy is there service. Their shuttle is always there once you have parked. Also pickup is on time and they bring you back to where your vehicle is. I have tried a different service and they just pick you up at a main point and drop you off the same. You have to find your vehicle yourself."

"Long wait in the snow and cold for the shuttle. The shuttles were full by the time they got to the East side, so we had to wait for 3 shuttles to go by before there was space in one. We were a group of 3, and there were 2 seats left on the shuttle and the driver refused to let our friend ride. We were forced to go get our car and drive back to DIA to pick up our friend on level 4. We didn't want to wait for a 4th shuttle, as it was already 11:30pm and we had already been standing in the snow and cold for 30 minutes. We wish they would have just let him stand on the ride over to the cars."

"Parked very early and shuttle was immediately available. Arriving back there was winter weather and took about 25 minutes to be picked up at the airport. Could not have been helped due to snow. Will use this parking facility again."

"The one issue I had was in exiting the facility. There was no attendant at the kiosk and it was not very clear that I would need to use my printed out receipt to get out. I had to call the attendant in the building. Other than that, it was very easy to use."
