"We had a great experience on the way home with the shuttle driver but on the way to the airport we arrived at 7 am and we still werent able to catch a shuttle at 7:45 am because there were none. We had just jumped in an Uber that we had to cover and a shuttle arrived. However they parked in the back and didnt even offer to take us to the airport. We were with another person who had to ride with us in our Uber because we were both short on time to make it to our flight. When we left at 7:50 am via Uber the shuttle was still not offering us assistance. Our flight was set to depart at 9:15 am and the other person was supposed to depart at 8:45 am. We had both waited for a significant time for a shuttle to arrive and take us."

"I park at the 405 parking between three and six times a year as I have to drive in from central California. The location and price are good but I do notice when I am waiting at the airport for the shuttle all the other shuttles go by at least twice before the 405 shuttle shows up. It would be nice if they came around a little bit more often and Ive had to wait a long time at the parking garage for one to show up as well if you fix this problem I will be happy to give you five stars across the board. After a long trip it would be nice if I didnt have to wait so long for the shuttle to pick me up. The trip from Africa to Los Angeles is over 40 hours so even waiting an extra 10 or 15 minutes for the shuttle is excruciating."

"I had a great experience again leaving my car at this location. I gave 5 stars for all the items above however my barcode didn't work on the day I arrive to the parking someone helped me get in and when leaving the same issue and was still charging me the entire stay I prepaid everything but the front desk helped me to exit without paying again. My car was also blocked with bunch of other cars we arrived at the parking and just want to go home asap since we have a 2yrs old baby and we have to wait for all the cars to be move that were blocking my car. All the workers were very helpful."

"It was the worst parking experience ever I was waiting for more than one hour in LAX airport when I was back on July 10th. The communication was really bad the person who answered the phone was rude. Later on the driver said there was a car accident so he was late."

"The 5:15 shuttle to the airport was out of gas, so we had to wait for the next shuttle which didn't leave until 5:40. Almost missed my flight and had to run thru the airport. Not an easy feat for a 60 yo woman!"
