I have used other parking companies in the LAX area and this location is convenient but the shuttles don't come as often as other parking locations. Once you make a reservation the checkin checkout is flawless.

As a first time user I will be back and have already given info to my friends.

The price keeps going up and the number of stops increased. We will be looking for another option after using this one for 15 years!

I always park at AirPort Express parking. Its conveniently located clean safe and usually priced as well if not better than other options.

Shuttles are too infrequent. Directions on how to catch return shuttle are impossible to find. Parking lot has NO STAFF onsite. Poor overall experience.

We have been parking here for years. It is a great location. The only thing I would love is for them to bring back Valet service and car wash. I am perfectly happy with this lot.

Drivers are on time, polite, helpful and courteous. Check out clerks are also very nice. Close to LAX. Negatives: parking spots are not clear to where airport express parks and buses are hard to spot at night at pick up points at the airport, please BIG LETTERING will help in front of buses but we will definitely us Airport Express again because of their service.

The drivers of the shuttles were very rude especially the driver picking up at LAX. He was extremely rude.

One shuttle came by when we returned and we had to yell and jump up and down for it to stop. There were two buses sitting at the parking lot when we finally got there - and no drivers in sight.

Excellent location! Very close to LAX Airport. Parking spaces were decent. However, there weren't any signs to direct us to the entrance of the parking structure. Had to drive a couple rounds until we found it.
