Parking spots are to small and I got part stolen off car while gone.

This is the second time I have used this parking lot and I will be back! The staff demonstrate accuracy, their shuttle drivers are very helpful and not complaining about a lunch break or leaving you stranded to miss your flight... the experience I had at joe's parking lot was a nightmare... I will dedicate my airport parking to Airport Parking Express now.

I only gave 3 stars for the personnel attitude because we had six bags and the driver didn't offer to help with the bags. Whenever I have used a shuttle service the driver usually helps with the bags the driver on the way to the airport didn't help but the driver on the way back he helped. Sometimes it's the little things.

Very easy process!! The shuttles were abundant both to and from the airport. Definitely use Sheraton again.

I park here all the time. It is extremely convenient. However, the spaces are too small. There are usually at least a dozen spaces wasted because large automobiles park over the line. Other than that this is a great parking lot for LAX.

Easy to get to, shuttle was waiting when I got there at 4am and brought me straight to the airport. When I got back shuttle came very promptly after I sent the pick up text. Drivers both ways were helpful and friendly.

Extremely close to the airport, very convenient. Most of the parking spaces in this facility are compact, making it difficult to park in spaces even with a regular sized cars (especially when regular-sized cars are parked poorly in adjacent compact spaces). No wait going to the airport, but had to wait 20-30 minutes for a shuttle returning from the airport.
