1. The facility was great! Clean, very easy to find, very easy to get things figured out. The multiple options for parking accommodations were a huge seller.
2. The staff are AMAZING. This was our first time using WallyPark and we will be using from now on. The staff were so nice to the kids and helped us with no issue or complaint. They had a smile on their faces the entire time. The staff are your biggest assets!

Two complaints
1. The day we arrived, we had almost a 20 minute wait to get our shuttle from the airport to get back to the facility. When they arrived, they already had a group on the bus and could only hold about 6 additional guests, yet there were almost 20 people waiting. We get it's busy and we were one of the 6 to get on but the shuttles being more frequent would help OR to tell us when we text that we are ready an estimated time of arrival.
2. When we were leaving the facility, we were asked for a slip of paper with our confirmation information. This was tucked away in our suitcase, as it was with the two cars ahead of us. Luckily I could access it quickly on my phone, BUT it was clear the people in front of us could not as they were rummaging in their trunks for the information creating a lengthy and time consuming line to exit. This is something that should be held in your computers where you check out with your drivers license for quick and easy service to not only the customer but the poor lady sitting in the booth.

These complaints are pretty minor with the amazing and quality service we received. We would use again and highly recommend this facility.

This was the first time I used WallyPark and they were excellent. Everything was easy and the service was top notch. Thank you for making this part of my trip easy and enjoyable.

I parked here for the first time in Feb 2015 and I had a terrific experience! It is very close to the airport and the lot looks secure. The staff was helpful, efficient, and very friendly. Check-in and van wait times were short. The facility and van were very clean and the van is was spacious. The parking lot is paved. I have noted some parking lots near MCO advertise online that they are paved, but they are not!

Service was good… odd thing, I paid for "covered valet parking"....but was instructed to park my vehicle myself, which I did. I've always thought valet meant someone would park the vehicle for you. I had 2 disabled people in my party, and the add'l distance to walk was harder for them. And while it's great to offer free coffee in the waiting room, would be nice if the coffeemaker (Keurig) worked! It was out of commission the day we left, still that way when we returned days later. I did get a good rate via your website, and might use this facility again.

This is a top notch service. Everything was as advertised. I never waited for anything. The staff was not grouchy or unhappy, they were pleasant and courteous. The lot was clean and cared for, it is clear that this company takes this job seriously and I will never pay for another airport parking lot as long as they are around.

Everything was fine. WallyPark has a good crew working at the Airport.

The two drivers departure and pickup at arrival were two of the nicest people I've encountered. Very polite and helpful. The instructions for airport pickup could be clearer as we waited in the arrival area for a long time waiting for the shuttle. The instructions state to wait at post 34 for the shuttle which we did. The problem was we were on the general arrival area near the baggage retrieval and there is a column 34 in red and white letters. It took awhile to figure out there is a level below where busses and shuttle pickup.The shuttle bus was clean and comfortable. I would use WallyPark again.
