The Location was very close to all of the terminals at LAX. The shuttles run every 515 mins and they were very clean and nice. The Shuttle only had 78 seats and It was kind of cramped. The driver on the way to LAX had an attitude towards a couple that was on my shuttle about where they needed to get off. Overall I would park here again.

Had to wait almost 25 minutes to get picked up and dropped off at the parking lot where my car was parked WallyPark Express Lot. Other than that this is an easy and convenient way to park your car at the airport. Will most likely use there services again.

I was able to grab this place via CheapAirportParking within 15 minutes of arriving to the airport and saved about 25-30% on my parking vs. the Company website.

When I arrived I had a quick turn around on the shuttle to the airport.

Also had to call to extend my reservation by two days. Customer service was super helpful, took little of my time, and sent me a re-booking notification within the hr. as promised.

Amazing...This was my first time using this service and I can say this is the way to travel to airport and not have to bother anyone to drop you off I must say you save time money this route. I recommend Wally Park Express it is so close to departure terminals and easy inout of both locations Great Job Guys

When we parked our car we had to ask for a shuttle multiple times and we ended up waiting about 20 minutes before a shuttle arrived at the parking lot to take us to the airport.When we came back from our trip I called and requested shuttle pick us up at terminal 6 and was told should be about 15 minute wait or less. After waiting for 25 minutes I called and talked to someone who said it would be another 5 minutes. As I was talking to agent a shuttle drove right by us without stopping and agent said it was probably full! We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. While we waited for 30 minutes to get picked up I saw ALL of the other shuttles driving by like every 5 minutes so these wait times were unacceptable!

I want to note that I accidently left my car unlocked for 2 weeks while parked at this site. I came back to my car totally undisturbed! I was very happy and grateful for the onsite 24 hour staff! They were also really kind with my stupid questions about the shuttle and paying :
