Valet was nice and quick. Quick pick up at the airport as well.

Whether we stay at Rennaissance LAX or just park our car to travel the experience has always been wonderful. Helpful personnel on time transfers.

Excellent service and it is VALET also. Can't beat that. Got back from the airport on the shuttle and driver helped me with my bags. While they retrieved my car I went to the bathroom and the car just pulled up. Rates are high for long term parking but perfect for a two day trip.

It's a fact you have to wait for the shuttle but it worked out and everyone including the driver valet and hotel staff exceeded expectations. Outstanding! We will be back! We were a little put off that cocktails weren't served though... Hehe

Super easy to park and shuttle over to LAX. Same on the pick up. Definitely using this location again.

As a south OC person I dread going to LAX but this experience was as easy as it comes. This is a shared shuttle for Marriott and Renaissance as they are basically next door. Didnt have to wait more than a minute or two for a shuttle either direction you can see a difference from some hotels that the shuttle is not just an afterthought its very professionally run with drivers who have urgency radio each stop are helpful etc. Highly recommend!

This is the first time we decided to do longterm parking for a trip. 4 big suitcases and 4 adults would have been costly to hire a shuttle or an Uber for going and returning. This made it easy. The van picked us up quickly after our flight and the driver was so nice and helpful. Im sorry I didnt catch his name but we used the service sometime between 78PM on April 6. His announcements were clear about the Marriott or Renaissance. Our car was there and off we went. I will definitely do this again.
