It was an okay indoor self-parking experience.

Easy to find a parking spot, nice ambiance in the hotel. Waited about 15 minutes for a shuttle to the airport (not bad!)

Had to wait 35 minutes for a shuttle after I landed and was not able to locate a number to call for a shuttle. I was not sure where to pay and learned the hard way after waiting in a random line inside. Pay at the valet stand!

Easy exit and access to Century Blvd to get the the freeway.

Overall good experience. Would be nice if they have more frequent shuttles for pick up at the airport arrival. That was the only bad experience.

Waited 35 minutes for shuttle pick up at the terminal and I texted my vehicle claim number 30 min before getting to lot and my car was not even retrieved.

I was in a rush to catch a plane and this is an excellent way to park and gain some minutes to relax. Well done!

My favorite LAX parking lot. Always secure clean.

Great experience going and returning. Shuttle was timely parking was easy and getting out with the QR code provided to me by staff was also very easy. Would definitely park at Renaissance again in the future.

Great experience and the price could not be beat. It did take a bit longer for the shuttle to arrive at 11pm.

Would have been nice to be able to contact valet on return. Numbers given me were of no use.

My first choice at LAX is always Renaissance selfparking. Not available for this trip so used valet parking which was excellent service good value.

All Ok... the shuttle wait times were a little long.
