I didn't know if I was in the right place no signs were lit, very dark. I had to wait on the person to get there to check me in, and then he was also the driver. He was moving very slow I thought I was going to miss my flight. However, location is close to the airport. I will not be taking them again!

Both employees I came in contact with were very courteous. I had a bit of trouble finding the building, a big sign out front would be nice. I wonder why we had to be picked up at the "departure area" instead of the "arrival area" causing us to drag our bags up one level. Most airports I've traveled to pick you up at the arrival area. All in all though, a very pleasant experience at a great price!!!

Great!! Seems like it's too good to be true, but it is!! Excellent!! A little hard to see, had to drive around the bloc, but that is a one time confusion on our part!

Not bad, but facility was hard to find. On return trip driver said they weren't allowed to help with luggage for liability reasons, and the company was going to stop doing the parking. Your part worked very well and will use it again in a next week.

Parking is ok and has 247 security however the personnel is very rude and they think they pay you to park your car there. I paid half of the price online and I wanted to pay in cash the remaining balance and this gentlemen in a very rude tone told me that he didn't have change and the only method of payment was by credit card. If not you can't park your car here he even requested me to pay 5 for the ride to the airport. There are much better places to park your vehicle than this old warehouse lot.
