Airport Spectrum Parking Reviews

I have parked at this facility several times for days ranging from 4 to 10 booking on line is easy and quick the location is great It's clean and spacious it's easy to find parking spots unlike other facilities where parking can be cramped and you may feel that your car may get dinged check out is a breeze. I have occasionally parked at other locations but in comparison this place is best value for your money the only downside is they do not have too many shuttles so factor in some extra time to wait for it.

I rated shuttle experience with only four stars because the shuttle was packed at 1am and we had to stand. Our driver was great and very upbeat which made the experience better. She interacted with everyone and was very friendly.

We used Airport Spectrum for the first time while on a 12 day cruise. It was convenient and cheaper than using an airport shuttle or Uber. We missed a connecting flight had to stay over an unexpected night putting us a day later to pick up the car. It was no problem easy to pay for additional day without being penalized. Will definitely use Spectrum again!

This is our 2nd time using the lot. Better than some of the others we have used easy to enter off Century easy to find a spot spaces are a good size and it's easy to find the shuttle pickup. Shuttle wait was a little long both on departure and arrival.

Apparently the building elevators were undergoing maintenance. So according to ADA the building would need to accommodate people with disabilities... and their solution was to take the stairs or roll down the car ramp on your own power which is not ADA compliant Good job guys.

Was a little skeptical after seeing a lot of reviews but actually had a great experience with Airport Spectrum. Personnel was nice, dropped my car at the valet and when I came back waited a little for the shuttle (not that long at all), got there and my car was already waiting for me. I paid and left. Pretty good option for LAX parking.

I love the rewards program. A major reason why i return over and over.
My only big criticism is the wait time at terminals. Not at the garage. That's swift and reliable. But at the terminal this past Sunday I waited 26 minutes, called twice. Dispatcher said van was tied up in traffic jam entering airport.
But that doesn't explain how 4 Wally Parks, 3 Airport Center vans, 2 Joe's parking vans and numerous other facilities like Sheraton and Marriott were able to get through over and over and fill up at Terminal 6 and leave before one ParkAir van showed up.

Long time customer of Park Air Express and service has gotten worse over the years! I still use the facility though. Habit I guess.

Always a great experience, I am a frequent business traveler, they are dependable and very competitively priced. I have used the valet and the self park options and prefer the valet with a car wash knowing that I'll be gone for a long business trip. Highly recommend.
