Have used this service before and each time it is great. Only once did I have to wait a long time for pickup at the airport. Not bad considering that I have used this about 12 times.

The personnel was very professional and friendly.

Excellent experience. No wait for shuttle coming or going. Felt that the parking lot was safe as it was gate controlled. Personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Only negative is that it is not a covered parking lot so the birds took target practice on my car. :

Quick and convenient airport parking. Shuttle was every 30 minutes. Great experience.

Wait times are well defined on departure to airport. Not so much on the return flight and back to the hotel.

Long wait for shuttle then had to wait for our car to be brought to us even though we had given our ticket number a half hour before the shuttle got us to the hotel! Very disappointed.

Parked there many times. Love it and always treated well and on time.
