The service was beyond poor. We were directed to an area to park and told that a shuttle would be shortly. When the shuttle never arrived we had to walk to the entrance luggage in hand under the rain. Upon arriving they were totally indifferent and very unfriendly. The parking lot us dusty and essentially in a dirt field. The lot doesn't look very secure. If it is raining the parking lot becomes very muddy quickly. Do yourself a favor pay a little more and go somewhere else.

Had to wait a while for a ride to the airport on our way in, but on the way back it was perfect. The drivers were very nice but the office needs to be spruced up a bit. It is a little farther from the airport than other parking but the price reflected that. I would park here again.

Best shuttle experience I've ever had. Fast, fast, fast. Price is great. The phone attendent was clueless and hung up when my question was long winded, but I called back and asked a simpler question and it was fine. Use small words. ;-)

The driver was nice, manner and helped me with bags. 5 star for the driver. They let me leave my car there for one more day. I will book that from them again in the future.

Staff was extremely courteous and helpful, as much as they could. This company is striving to move from small, entrepreneurial category to well managed and resourced small business. There was about a 25 minute wait on both sides of the parking experience, as there is a limited number of vans and drivers. The office staff were apologetic and upfront with the delay, which I appreciated. The lot is undergoing paving and once completed, will greatly improve the first impression you get when you drive up. For the location and price, combined with the staff’s positive customer focus, I would consider using them for future travel.
