Good, safe place to parking your car for weeks or months.

The main issue for us - which caused undue stress - is that there is no name on the parking structure, and if so it does not say KILROY or anything about LAX. The parking structure is actually on top of the DirecTV offices, so it felt like we were in the wrong place, even though the address was correct. The phone number on the email I got doesn\'t go through so I ended up Googling KILROY separately and got a hold of a person and just wanted to confirm I had parked in the right place, because I didn\'t want to return 10 days later and not have my car there. I never got a return call - and just crossed my fingers - and low and behold, my car was there upon return and I pressed the HELP button and gave the attendant my reservation number and was released - all good. So - I think communication regarding the parking structure location would be a big improvement.

Super easy experience. Pulled in, parked in a spot (plenty available on a friday), and returned 10 days later. No issues with our car, and exiting took 1 minute. We called a representative at the exit, but after 5 rings and no response the gate just opened.

The place is safe, and security is always helpful when you need to leave. Make sure you have your code.

The security staff at the site are very helpful.
