Hyatt Regency LAX Parking Reviews

Highly recommend! Very close to the airport.

Love my experience super convenient!

It was the easiest experience that I have ever had in long term parking. The shuttle was at our terminal when we arrived at the departure point. Getting my car took approximately 5 minutes at the most.

The guys who work at the Hyatt valet are always nice courteous and on time.I always park here!

Two buses were full and passed us in Terminal 5 before another bus came later. Bus only had 9 passenger seats and several passengers had to stand but bus did not have straps or railings to hold onto.Would help to have straps for passengers having to stand.

I can't rate security as I don't know. The young men that helped us were very nice. Seems we went the long way out of LAX to The Hyatt but that's probably the new LAX set up. Overall very good.

Excellent experience overall! The valet staff were professional friendly and efficient. The shuttle bus was a bit dated but there was no real wait time to and from the terminal.

Everyone was nice. Shuttle was waiting already at the hotel and one was driving up at LAX as soon as I was ready for one. Only thing is You've got a wait in the evening terminals at the red sign. I guess they don't pick up or drop off at number five.

Valet attendants were so nice as well as the shuttle drivers. Excellent service. I am extremely pleased. Will always park here!

Parking was easy to use. I didnt wait for the shuttle to arrive since the terminal was less than a 10min walk. I will use Hyatt LAX again.
