Hyatt Regency LAX Parking Reviews

This was a positive experience for us. We are frequent travelers and appreciated the cordial response from everyone at the Hyatt.

Our pickup driver at LAX was cheerful helpful and did a great job! He picked us up at Bradley Terminal at about 3 pm.

Seamless experience. I wish the driver would drop off in the front rather than the back.

We always park at Hyatt LAX. Its easy to get to and we know the drill in terms of how to pay for a spot park get the shuttle and validate our ticket when we are done. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a spot. That is the only negative.

Everything went smooth. Shuttle was able to accommodate for wheelchair passenger. Very little waiting around and valet attended was very helpful. Will park here again.

All was great but when my flight was delayed to the next day I wasn't able to change my parking reservation and was charged for an additional day of parking which I did not need.

Im satisfied with the services provided by Hyatt and the staff. Will choose this hotel for next trip.

This was a perfect experience. Great location easy commute to the airport everything ran smoothly. I will use this facility again.

The personnel at Valet is super friendly and very fast! no waiting times for car drop off or pick up i usually call in once i walk over to the Hyatt from Southwest Terminal and when i arrive the car is already waiting for me there at the lobby. Great experience!
