Nice parking. A little confusing. I prepaid, so trying to determine where the attendant was located wasn't a problem.

Even got coffee from the Concierge guys. Great parking experience, will definitely do it agan.

The only issue I had was the shuttle service when I arrived in MIA. It took over 30 min before I was able to get a ride to my car. Would use again.

This is our second time parking at Embassy Suites and cannot say enough good about the experience. It can be a little difficult getting into the parking area due to road construction at the moment but that does not detract from the overall experience. Once in the parking lot, the experience is fabulous from start to finish. Parking is secure, the people are extremely friendly and accomidating, the shuttles are ontime every 30 minutes and shuttle drivers have been efficient and friendly. Will do it again.

Very efficient, courteous shuttle drive, and convenient. I would definitely use again if flying out of Miami.

Great safe place to park. We took a taxi, not the shuttle, to the port and back.

Have parked here on several occasions, only issue is the wait time to check in and out...

Well worth it. Wait time for shuttle at airport seemed a little long. Guess I was tired, 15 minute wait. Overall great value for the money.
