  • "I am deeply grateful to our driver for returning to the airport terminal where he dropped me off after I discovered I had left my backpack on his shuttle. I called the Sheraton front desk and they were able to relay the message to return to him in short order. I only waited maybe 10 minutes after I called and was able to start my vacation with some relief after this dumb mistake on my part.\r\n\r\nOur return was fine and on a timely basis. However, I was very disappointed to have to retrieve my car parked some 300 yards away from the entrance to the hotel. There was no valet as was promised. I had to ask for help at the front desk to get my car out of the gated area. After traveling all the way home from Europe, the last thing I needed was to make a hike in the darkness as tired as I was. I do not plan to ever use this parking service again."

  • "The hotel valet/desk agent had us unload everything and give her our key, then when she realized we prepaid for self park she handed us our key back and said “oh you only paid for self park so you need to drive to the back of the building and walk back here afterwards to catch the shuttle.” Then tells us that she doesn’t know why people will pay hundreds a night for hotels and then pay for cheap parking in a lot that’s had 2 recent break-ins. It didn’t make us feel very safe. The shuttle service was great, timely and the drivers were pleasant otherwise."
