  • "All was excellent our only issue was when we were dropped off at the airport we had made a stop at the Hilton before he dropped us off and I asked if that is where we would be picked up. The driver said no and to call the hotel and to request a ride then they would pick us up 2 floors down from where he dropped us off which would be outside baggage claim. That is what we did but the gal who answered the call said we needed to walk across the street to the Hilton and get picked up at door 2. We came in on Southwest so our terminal was not walkable to the Hilton and we didnt know we had to take the train there until we asked several airport employees who seemed confused also. We got there but it took us about 45 extra before we got did. Pick up instructions should be printed somewhere. If we were told to get to the Hilton we could have figured it out sooner.Other than that everything was great!"
