  • "A great place to park. Shuttles were quick and provided plenty of room for the luggage. The shuttle drivers were very nice and extremely helpful. The only drawback and its a tiny one is that for the pickup to return to parking they should have provided information on how to get to the shuttle pickup location at Federal Circle from JFK to get back to the parking area. This was our first time to JFK. After we got our luggage it was confusing as to where to go to pick up the Air Train from the terminal to meet the shuttle. If a little information sheet for directions to the pickup area could be provided at the time of vehicle drop off that would be extremely helpful. Other than that this was an excellent parking experience and we will use them again!! Thanks much!!"
