Then when you land you pick up your bag, they give you a ticket with a number to call and they come pick you up. Very easy, right next to the airport, very convenient and cheap. I recommend this place to everyone.

Second time within 5 weeks that I had to wait for a shuttle at the airport. This last time was 21 minutes. I had to call twice. I always wait until I get my luggage which is slow as hell at Bradley and then another wait for shuttle is not good. They said a bunch of people came in at the same time and they got bombarded. I asked how many shuttles and replied 2. That is not good enough answer when you are waiting in the cold and see other shuttles ( Roncari, LAZ) and others coming in every 5 minutes. Sucks big time.

I've never been as disappointed with an off-site parking facility.
I have been a loyal Z-parking customer for almost 4 years, and I will not use them again after this last trip.
When I arrived at 4:55am for my 6:05 flight, I expected my usual quick shuttle over to the airport. Instead, there was a line out the door, and more than a dozen people waiting for a shuttle, and none in sight. When I finally made my way to the counter, the cashier was rude and lied when I inquired about where the shuttle was.
Now, when they started putting in the "self-park" gates last year, one of the regular drivers warned me it was a money saving venture that made no sense, and the concept was to need less employees per customer. Meaning less shuttles, and more waiting.
When the bus finally arrived 10 minutes later, we couldn't all fit because they had waited so long, so we spent another 3 minutes debating about what to do. Who would stay and wait, etc. Just a nightmare. No longer interested in trying to make z-parking work, I'll be moving to lax-fly.

Great place to park. Came home in a major snowstorms and they had our car cleaned off and ready - very fast service.

I loved parking here. Shuttle whisked me right over to the airport and booking online was a breeze! Thank you Z parking!

There was a billing issue as the online reservation printed a page without a barcode, but the staff handled it within a day.

This Z airport parking staff was very attentive to us. Taking our luggage to the shuttle bus, getting us promptly to the airport and back to our car. We are very pleased with the whole experience!

The lot needs better lighting at the exit. I had trouble seeing what to do and where to insert the credit card. Also since I reserved my spot online and you billed my credit card a reservation fee I thought when I scanned my barcode that it automatically bill my credit card for the balance.
