WallyPark Premier Airport Parking Reviews

Location was good, shuttles were good, price was good. Two bad things:

1. I was fairly sure they left my car window down during the stay, and it rained. They denied this ("oh no, that dampness is just the valet's coat when he fetched it") but it was pretty obvious. The floor mat was soaked and the driver's seat was damp all over. No damage per se, but the refusal to admit or apologize was obnoxious. If my car had been expensive, I'd be doing more than writing a poor review. They asked me to leave the window open on arrival (keys in the car, window rolled down) and then clearly forgot to close it. Valet FAIL.

2. The staff were very friendly, but gave no feedback you were in the right place, or if they needed anything... there were several people standing around and no hints who I should actually speak to or what the process was. I arrived at the desk and was basically ignored for a few minutes. They could do better.

Everything was beyond amazing!! Shuttle took us directly to our terminal, driver was very helpful, and they picked us up directly from our terminal when we got back. I will definitely use again and recommend!

I have used Vista parking in the past. This was closer and cheaper, will definitely use WallyPark again.

All was great besides on way after dropping off the car by you had to wait over 20 min for a shuttle to come and take us to airport. It seemed very understaffed. On our return trip though our car was waiting in the front for us with no snow on it ( we expected it to be a mess) and we came out and saw a shuttle 2 min later.

I was stuck in Miami 4 extra days due to the storm. Upon my return, I found employees to be very receptive understanding smiling and extremely polite. Loved it. The parking rates are also very reasonable. As a businessman I was very happy and impressed. I have already shared my experience with a few friends.

I understand there was a blizzard, but it took over an hour to get the car, the battery was dead due to a light left on and the exit was blocked when we were told where to exit. We had to exit out the entrance which destroyed the two front tires. We are currently considering legal action. The manager once he got involved was more understanding,but the rest of the staff could have cared less. We will not be returning to this lot again.
