The procedure for entering and parking and returning was a bit confusing for a first time user arriving in the dark but now that we understand what to do it will be better next time.

Exceptional shuttle service! Wally Park has the most prompt shuttle service I have experienced! The driver was friendly and remembered me upon the return trip.

My car was waiting for me. With easy, friendly check-out at the window, I was quickly on my way home. Wally Park is my place for satellite parking!

I will continue to park at Wally Park at JAX airport. One little thing… I paid on line and parked in valet where they detailed my car and did a nice job. However the cashier mistakenly charged me the three day rate without giving me credit for the advanced online payment. While it's only five bucks its the only thing that was not perfect.

Great parking at WallyPark. Even my husband who usually parks in the valet at the airport will use this parking facility as there is very little wait time for the shuttle.

Very smooth and well run

Overall great parking experience. The parking being over the 4th of July weekend the lot was quite full but we found a spot and the shuttle was there waiting for us by the time we got our bags out of the car. The driver was courteous and helpful. Upon our return we were fortunate the shuttle had just arrived at the airport as we exited. Same driver and same great service. Very pleased with the facility and stay.

We park here regularly when we travel. This last trip was the longest I have had to wait for a shuttle after parking the car ever in the last 15 years. The most frustrating part was that a shuttle pulled up to us after we had already waited 510 minutes to tell us he had to go pick up cruise ship passengers and that we would have to wait for the next shuttle which didn't come for another 10 minutes. We did not miss our plane but it was close and stressful. If you're going to send a shuttle to the port you need a second shuttle for the airport. One shuttle and driver doesn't cut it.

This was a great experience. I had left my keys there they went out of their way to locate them for me. The man that helped me was WONDERFUL he had the best attitude and went above and beyond to find them for me. I cant say enough about the great service that I received!
