The entrance to this place was a little hard to find. Glad we decided to do a bit of reconnaissance beforehand. Other than that our experience was quite good. We dropped off our car at the entrance handed the attendant our key and walked directly onto the waiting shuttle. About a three minute ride to the terminal. On our return we called the number on the back of the receipt and were told the shuttle was already at the airport picking up passengers. The shuttle bus that picked us up appeared to be very clean and new. When we arrived at the parking structure our car was already waiting outside in the valet waiting area and the attendant sprinted over with our keys when he saw us piling our luggage next to the car. Where you go to meet the return shuttle is written on the back of the receipt. Dont ask the cop standing in the middle of the street hell send you 100 yards down the road to an alternate spot that works too but the long walk with luggage and two young boys could have been avoided.A great spot to park your car near the San Jose airport. Allow more time than you think youll need to locate the entrance of the garage for the first time.
