I would definitely use this service again. The prices beat airport parking by far! We did experience a little trouble parking there on a Saturday morning, but were able to find parking none the less. Also, waiting for the hotel shuttle upon returning to the airport was a little lengthy (25mins). We did call the hotel to ask about the shuttle frequency, and they were more than happy to contact the shuttle driver regarding his proximity to the airport. We paid our remaining balance at the hotel when we returned. Again, no real complaints!

We were skeptics but the entire experience was terrific. Personnel were so very nice and helpful, we will certainly do it again. Shuttle arrived moments after we claimed our luggage and got to the wait stop. The entire experience was pleasant, stressless and easy to do. One suggestion that might help future travelers/parkers -- I would recommend that your parking receipt have the phone number for the hotel shuttle service printed on it just in case the traveler needs it. Thank you again for helping to make our trip so enjoyable!
