Very easy nice drivers responsive.

By far the best experience. Took good care of me, shuttle took me right to my car. Friendly driver. I give you 4 stars.

I was delighted with this experience. My friend and I had been through a helacious week and were looking forward to getting home fast. We called from baggage claim and I know we got lucky but the driver was there in less than 10 minutes. He loaded our ton weight bags and got us to the car very quickly even though we were the last ones out of the van. He waited while we got ourselves together and opened the gate for us. Very nice experience.

Had to wait a long time for the shuttle upon returning to San Diego

Good location. Shuttle service was prompt. Electronic entry and exit was smooth.

Overall it could not have been much better. Had to wait a long time to be picked up on the out line trip but it was a good experience.

Always easy to get in and out of SD!

Not happy with check out. Was within one hour of the check out time and had to pay a whole day for that. Not factored is the times going and coming that we have to wait for the shuttle.

Guys working there are very kind they really wanted to help the guy who drives me to airport explained very well where I have to wait and how to call to pickup and the guy who picked me up was so kind and checked that with my code in paper I could be able to open the gate. Very good service. Also the lady who answered the phone was very kind.

Driver was helpful on curbside drop off. My plane was late but that did not stop pick up time being spot on. Thanks to the driver. Will use again and recommends to others!
