Loved this experience! Greeted upon entering the parking lot by a friendly staff member who told me exactly where to park. I was followed to the parking place by the shuttle so that I could get out of my car and directly onto the shuttle. I was the only person on the shuttle but we immediately left for airport no waiting on others or a specific departure time. Return was just as easy. I called the number on the ticket and the shuttle arrived within minutes to take me to my car. They even gave me a bottle of water when I left the parking lot. Will definitely use again.

They are very reasonably priced, polite and helpful. If they continue to offer such good rates, we will continue parking here.

At check-in everything went smooth and prompt. Driver was right there and I was brought to the airport in plenty of time.

Upon pick-up I called between 8:10 and 8:20am. I did not get picked up until around 8:50am.

Needless to say I was the first passenger out but the last one that got picked up from the airport as I saw other parking garage parks at minimum twice before I got picked up.

Best parking place, great price, and pick up right on time.

I have used many off-site parking services around MCO and never been loyal to any. I accepted that shuttle times are never consistent and was satisfied simply retrieving my car with no damage. Just recently tried Park 'n Go and we were surprised by the level of attention to customer service and efficiency in which everything was done. Dropping off, picking up, all was done with little to no wait time and shuttle service right to the car. You also get to keep your keys! I read reviews, but seldom right them unless warranted. I had to share. No shopping around, going straight to Park n Go next time. Thanks guys!
