1st time parking here. Great location and customer service. Great rates. Parking is a bit not close but ok.

No wait for shuttle in both directions easy FWY access and courteous drivers.

First time user. Will definitely use again.

Paid in advance online. Had zero issues going in or back out. Shuttle wait time upon return was less than 5 minutes. I would use you guys again!

Driver was super nice and friendly today.

Our driver seemed to be taking his time and while there was a load of passengers trying to get to their flights we see the driver just chatting outside with one of the passengers getting their luggage. We had to call him and say we need to go!

Overall, I had a good experience. The personel is helpful and courteous and the cost is reasonnable. However, when I returned to San Diego late at night, the wait time for the shuttle seemed a bit long. The shuttle arrived 20 minutes after my pick up call. In the mean time, I saw 3 shuttles from each of the other long-term parking companies come by.

The drivers were exceptional. Very helpful and efficient.

Have parked here before will park here again. Convenient to airport pretty easy inout process.
