The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Pleasantly surprised.

I actually though I was reserving parking at another lot that I've used before, but my error turned out great. The lot was great, called the van was right there and the car was ready and the snow was cleared off we got in and drove out of the lot in less than 5 mins.

I don't have lots of money and I was going to tip the driver 3 dollars but he said "3 dollars for all these bags?!! You gotta be kidding me!!" So I gave him 10 dollars and he mumbled something behind the van. (Although he was helpful with all the bags and I helped him too) It was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable interaction. The girl at the counter was great though and I told her about what happened. This is a great lot though and my overall 4 star rating is not taking into account this rude driver.

Car was ready when I arrived and was loaded before I paid. Will use them again.
