First time using long term parking at JFK. I would 100% use this lot again ten times out of ten. The shuttle was ready when I dropped off my car, and picked me up within 10min of calling when I returned from my trip. Car was ready and waiting for me as well when I returned, and check out was a breeze.

Check in was quick and efficient. Shuttle was waiting for us to get to the airport. Followed instructions for return pickup van was at the airport in 10 minutes driver was very courteous and polite. Checkout was a breeze. Will definitely use again!

Overall, very good experience. My car seemed to have been well taken care of. Personnel all were polite and professional. I'm not asking for any more. Will definitely park here again in the future.
P.S. I'm still sorry I had no tip for the return driver.

This was my first time using long term parking and my experience was great. Everything was fast and smooth.
