Found a knick on my car that was absolutely not there when I dropped it off. Sadly I had an obligation, and couldn't wait to fill out a report.

We have parked here several times with unfailingly good service! This last time, our flight in was delayed until 1:30 AM, yet they were prompt and cheerful in picking us up and getting us to our car. Have no reason to even consider parking anywhere else!

Really great experience from start to finish. Didn't even have to stay and make the payment. My keys and receipt were awaiting me in my car, already started and cooled down on a hot day... nice touch. Thank you!

Parking here was very easy. As soon as we arrived, the driver took our bags to the shuttle bus while I went into the office to check in. The shuttle left within 5 minutes and it was a quick ride to the airport. Upon our return the shuttle bus picked us up within 10 minutes. The staff was very professional. The price was very reasonable... we will definitely park there again!

We just went on a trip to Florida and our return trip was postponed a few days due to weather in Hartford. I called and had no problem leaving car there until we return. Also, the car was not only cleaned off of snow, but was running and parked right next to where the shuttle dropped us off!!

That service was really appreciated. (seeing that we had just been in the south and did not really want to clean car off or get in it cold!!)

It was a great experience to park at this location, except that we got dropped off at a wrong location. I didn't know that they have two locations.

Car was not cleared of snow on return. Attendant turned on windshield wippers while windshield was frozen, causing wipers to be damanged. I was also charged twice for the visit.

Great experience. Friendly service. Would highly recommend it. They also cleaned my car off and warmed it up when I arrived back from my travel destination.

You have two of the best employees I have ever dealt with. Both Paul and Leach in Windsor Locks, Connecticut could not have been more helpful during a crisis I was having after picking up my car late Sunday night. They went totally out of their way to help me and eventually with Paul and Leach's help I was able to get my car started and make it home. It is a lengthy story that I won't bore you with but I hope that you recognize them both for their outstanding customer service. I have parked with you for many years and have seen some employees not so willing to go the extra mile. Both Paul and Leach get 5 stars from me. Please mention that the person with the key issue put in the good word for them. They both deserve raises!
