Great experience. Easy to find quick and simple payment process and little to no wait for a shuttle in each direction. One of the drawbacks is Regal Philly Parking was so full and the spaces are very narrow making it difficult to pull in and out of a spot. The shuttle vans we rode in were pretty beat up with holes in the seats and not all seatbelts worked. However for the price and experience I would use this company again.

Checking in during the day was fine. The attendant checking me in was helpful and walked me to the spot for me to park. The shuttle was there within 15 minutes of my arrival. Checking out was a nightmare I arrived in the evening and waited 40 minutes before calling an Uber to get to my car. After arriving to the facility the lot was extremely dark and I had no assistance with getting to my vehicle. Once I located my vehicle there was another car blocking my vehicle. I had to call the attendant to move the vehicle before leaving. The process took almost 90 minutes. Unfortunately I will not return.

Nice place to park. A little cramped trying to self park with small access ways and cars parked in the path sideways. Other than that second good esperience.
