The original driver Moe, was very unprofessional, did not assist at all, he closed the door as soon as I put my foot on the ground. Terrible service.
My pick up driver, Ron H., was VERY professional and accommodating, helped my daughter and I with our luggage on and off the shuttle. Very helpful, a great difference from Moe.
